HEALTH & WELLBEING CLASS (Wednesdays 10.30am - 11.30am)
Morgana Wentworth has studied and worked in various therapies including Psychology, Shiatsu, Tai Chi, Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Psychology, Psychotherapy and Primary Nursing.
Morgana's approach to the body is to encourage it to function as it is designed to, keeping it supple active and mobile. Therefore the emphasise in her stretch classes is to support healthy range of movement in the joints and muscles using purposeful and useful exercises. Inspired by combinations of Tai Chi, Yoga and Traditional stretches, there are no complex positions, difficult poses or fast, complicated routines.
Accompanied by gentle music, Morgana's classes are peaceful and straightforward using stretch and gentle exercise to help build strength, balance, tone and wellbeing.
Each class includes 15 minutes relaxation and all abilities are welcome. Please bring a blanket/rug/bath towel for your class and wearing loose comfortable clothes is advisable.
Please arrive promptly at your pre booked class time. The airy indoor exercise room is located near the car park and classes will also be held outside in the gardens as much as possible, weather permitting. Due to our COVID policy requirements, we would appreciate a prompt departure to allow the time required to clean facilities and equipment.
Hand sanitising points are provided and clearly marked, please follow all instructions upon arrival.
