Health and Wellbeing class
Morgana Wentworth was born and grew up near Heathrow in South East England. During the nineties she lived in both Canada and Australia where she studied, qualified and worked in various therapies including Psychology, Shiatsu, Tai Chi, Anatomy and Physiology, and Reflexology. On returning to the UK she went on to further study Psychology, Psychotherapy and Primary Nursing while owning her own businesses until in 2015 when she relocated to Oxfordshire.
Morgana's approach to the body is to encourage it to function as it is designed to, therefore the emphasise in her stretch classes is to support healthy range of movement in the joints and muscles using purposeful and useful exercises. Inspired by combinations of Tai Chi, Yoga and Traditional stretches there are no complex positions, difficult poses or fast, complicated routines. Accompanied by easy music Morgana's classes are peaceful and straightforward using stretch and gentle exercise to help build strength, balance, tone and wellbeing.
Accommodation is not included but if required it is available within the local area, some suggestions can be found on our 'local accommodation' page - please arrange this yourself. Refreshments are provided on the day but not lunches. Please bring your own drinking vessel for hygiene reasons.
Toilet and classroom all easily accessible from the car park *Please bring a packed lunch*. Attendees must be over 16.
